"I started making fishing weights as a hobby In 1997. Then a friend of mine said 'why don’t you do it for a living' at the time I didn’t think it would be successful, but I tried it anyway. To my amazement it went crazy so much so, that I had to give up my full time job & decided to turn it into a business.
